Are there any politicians in the state of Virginia who aren’t crazy in some way?
Last week, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam who supports infanticide was accused of putting on blackface for a picture in his medical school yearbook. As if it made things better, he denied the yearbook picture was him but admitted he put shoe polish on his face to play Michael Jackson at a dance contest.
Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax, who would take over if Northam finally heeds the call to resign has been accused of sexual assault. Vanessa Tyson, a politics professor at Scripps College in California, says she met Fairfax at the 2004 Democratic National Convention, where she walked him back to his Boston hotel room one night and “consensual kissing quickly turned into a sexual assault.” If Northam and Fairfax are both forced to resign, Attorney General Mark Herring will become governor. Well—maybe not.
Note: As Lt. Gov. Fairfax is African American. Therefore I highly doubt he ever wore blackface.
Herring, who is a Democrat like Northam and Fairfax just got outed for wearing blackface when he was in college. He issued a statement saying he wore brown makeup and a wig in 1980 to look like a rapper during a party as a 19-year-old student at the University of Virginia.
He released this statement:
The hypocritical Herring issued a statement on Saturday, calling for Gov. Ralph Northam’s resignation due to Northam’s blackface scandal
“It is no longer possible for Governor Northam to lead our Commonwealth and it is time for him to step down,” said Herring in a statement. I have spoken with Lieutenant Governor Fairfax and assured him that, should he ascend to the governorship, he will have my complete support and commitment to ensuring his success and the success of our Commonwealth,”
As for Lt. Gov Fairfax, his accuser Dr. Vanessa Tyson went public on Wednesday::
“Mr. Fairfax put his hand behind my neck and forcefully pushed my head towards his crotch. Only then did I realize that he had unbuckled his belt, unzipped his pants, and taken out his penis. He then forced his penis into my mouth,” she said in a statement released by law firm Katz, Marshall and Banks — the same outfit that represented Christine Blasey Ford in her allegations against then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
Utterly shocked and terrified, I tried to move my head away, but could not because his hand was holding down my neck and he was much stronger than me. As I cried and gagged, Mr. Fairfax forced me to perform oral sex on him. I cannot believe, given my obvious distress, that Mr. Fairfax thought this forced sexual act was consensual.”

What a leadership team they have in Virginia, two guys who wore blackface and an accused rapist.
If Northam, Fairfax, and Herring are all forced to resign, the next Governor of Virginia would be Virginia House Speaker Kirk Cox, a conservative Republican. At least he would be next in line, with the way things are going in Virginia….well who knows?
