CHNV Immigrant Parole Still Alive After Federal Judge Rules States Do Not Have 'Standing'

Federal Judge Drew B. TIpton ruled on Friday that the Biden administration may continue its CHNV program that allows up to 30,000 migrants per month from Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to enter the United States. Before anyone shouts “YAY!” remember that there are some dangerous folks in those numbers. The ruling is a devastating blow to America.

There are some important things to remember about this disastrous CHNV ruling: Laken Riley was just the latest victim of a Venezuelan migrant. The suspect’s brother has ties to Venezuela’s vicious Tren de Aragua prison gang. The gang has ‘set up shop’ in the United States. Two of the migrants that attacked those NYPD police officers were tied to that gang. Fox News describes the gang as “bloodthirsty.” Now the Biden administration can continue their pipeline of danger to Americans.

Judge Tipton ruled that the states that brought the lawsuit did not have “standing” to do so. He questioned whether or not Texas could claim financial loss when the program supposedly brought “less” migrants into the US.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The states, led by Texas, had argued the program is forcing them to spend millions on health care, education, and public safety for the migrants. An attorney working with the Texas attorney general’s office in the legal challenge said that the program “created a shadow immigration system.

Advocates for the federal government countered that migrants admitted through the policy helped with a U.S. farm labor shortage. US News

Is it helping? Or is the flood of migrants from these countries ON TOP OF the millions that have already come from other nations creating an untenable problem? The judge stated that in order to have standing, they must prove substantial financial losses.

With the already established MS-13, and now the Tren de Aragua gangs creating havoc in the United States, a farmworker shortage seems out of the reality base. It is likely this CHNV ruling will be appealed, even though Judge Tipton is a Trump appointee.
