You know it’s bad when even the White House is willing to condemn the statements by far-left “Squad” members.

That’s precisely what happened in Tuesday’s White House Press conference.

In response to Real Clear Politics White House correspondent Philip Wegmann, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called statements by some far-left Democratic members of Congress “repugnant” and said that “there are not two sides” about the terror attack that has killed at least 1,000 Israelis, most of whom were civilians.

Jean-Pierre was asked about comments by Democratic lawmakers who ‘seem to be equating the Hamas terror attack with actions previously taken by Israel.’

A trio of members of the left-wing ‘Squad’ – Reps. Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Cori Bush – are under fire for their reactions to the heinous attacks, which have killed at least 1,000 Israelis, primarily civilians…

…’Look, I’ve seen some of those statements this weekend and we are going to continue to be very clear, we believe they are wrong,’ Jean-Pierre said. ‘We believe they are repugnant and we believe they are disgraceful.’

‘Our condemnation belongs squarely with terrorists who have brutally murdered, raped, and kidnapped hundreds – hundreds of Israelis,’ she continued. ‘There can be no equivocation about that. There are not two sides here, there are not two sides.’

In the wake of the horrific attack on Israeli civilians by Hamas terrorists on Saturday, it was telling that several mouthy, far-left politicians with strong opinions about politics in the Middle East were largely silent.

Despite the pair so often looking for ways to get on camera, nothing for days from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) or Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).

Pro-BLM Congresswoman Cori Bush was one of the Squad members who issued a statement on October 7, the day of the horrific terror attack that caught Israelis celebrating Simchat Torah by surprise.

In it, Bush mourned the death of the Israelis and the Hamas terrorists who were killed in response to the terror attack.

Shameful.

It took two days for Palestinian Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) to post a statement to her Instagram account. When it was posted, Tlaib blamed the victims of the terror attack for the horrific atrocities that, in any other context, would be condemned as war crimes.

In her statement, she blamed Israel for the plight of the Palestinians in Gaza without mentioning that the leadership in Gaza, Hamas, is a terrorist organization determined to eradicate the Jewish people from Israel. An oversight, I’m sure.

Maybe she was concerned that denouncing Hamas terrorists might affect her electability next time.

Here’s just a peek at what the pro-Palestine rally in Dearborn, Michigan, on Tuesday night looked like:

In contrast, Rep. Ilhan “Some People Did Something” Omar (D-MN) could not stop posting pro-Hamas talking points on social media.

Rep. Omar initially posted that what Hamas terrorists did was “horrific” but that it would “only repeat the back and forth cycle” of violence in the region. It would appear that Omar thinks that Israel should just accept terrorists targeting civilians, including the elderly, women, and children, and not respond to that in any way.

She then posted that we should all pray for the Palestinians in Gaza because they don’t have the same ability to defend themselves the way that Israel does. She fails to mention that Hamas uses Palestinian civilians as human shields. Boy, these far-left pro-Palestine Squad members sure do leave out a lot of stuff, don’t they?

And then came the thread highlighting the plight of the poor, oppressed Palestinians under Israel’s thumb. Again, Omar doesn’t mention that Israel ultimately vacated the entire Gaza Strip in 2005, so the conditions there are whose fault, exactly? Perhaps if Hamas cared more about their people and less about murdering Jews and used the funding that they get for humanitarian aid instead of weapons, life in Gaza might be better for those Palestinian children. But hey, what do I know?

In the thread, Omar then reiterates her previous statement that Israel should shut up and accept the terror attacks, including slaughtering the elderly at a bus stop, gang-raping women at a music festival for peace alongside the bodies of their friends, and the murder and beheading of infants.

At no point should anyone ever attempt to defend the murderous terrorists that are raping women and girls, desecrating bodies, and beheading babies while hiding their military headquarters in a hospital and using their own people as human shields.

The best thing for the Palestinian people is to root out and destroy Hamas and their sympathizers. That is the only way to achieve peace in the region.

And when you ask these pro-Palestine leftists about what happened in Israel on a religious holiday, they won’t answer because it’s indefensible.

Fox News correspondent Hillary Vaughn is trying to ask Rep. Rashida Tlaib about Hamas terrorists beheading babies and burning Israeli children alive.

As usual, the Ringo of the Squad, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), or as I call her, “Forgettable Moesha,” made an equally offensive suggestion of ceasefire. Still, it didn’t exactly make the headlines.

After a 4-day hiatus, AOC finally tweeted. And it’s just as asinine a take as you’d expect.

She is “both sidesing” this situation as well. Her first response to this atrocity was to quote a video post on X that shows angry supporters of Israel calling for Gaza to be “flattened.”

AOC is right that calling for the genocide of an entire people group is terrible on both sides. Still, it’s telling that she didn’t tweet any of the videos from all over the world of the pro-Palestine side calling for the extermination of the Jewish people.

All over the world, the pro-Palestine side has been chanting the anti-Semitic “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free.” This is an explicit call for the eradication of Jews from Israel.

Here’s what some of the anti-Jewish hatred looked like:

University campuses in America appear to be hotbeds of pro-Hamas extremism

Even elite institutions like Harvard and Yale aren’t immune.

Ironically, before Hamas attacked Israel and Biden became a strong supporter of Israel, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre would have joined the squad, making disgusting comments about the Hamas war crimes.

For example, in a piece she wrote for Newsweek in March 2019, Jean-Pierre praised Democratic politicians for not attending that year’s AIPAC ( American Israel Public Affairs Committee). She complimented them for. “boldly choosing to prioritize diplomacy and human rights over the power of a lobbying organization.” She made other false accusations and statements about Israel and AIPAC in the same op-ed. She accused AIPAC of “severely racist, Islamophobic rhetoric” and “trafficking in anti-Muslim and anti-Arab rhetoric while lifting up Islamophobic voices and attitudes.” Absolutely not true

In February 2019, Jean-Pierre falsely slandered Israel when the IDF was defending Israeli citizens against Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists. The terrorists set off explosives at Israel’s border fence in an attempt to allow 30,000 Hamas-led Arabs to invade Israel and commit more violence. The future press secretary accused Benjamin Netanyahu’s government of committing war crimes against the violent Gazan protesters, citing a United Nations Commission

Is Israel perfect? No. But they do their damnedest to focus on military targets and minimize civilian casualties. Maybe the big problem here is that Hamas uses human shields and then parades their dead around so that propagandists like the New York Times can parrot their talking points.
