Fox News is reporting that President Trump will declassify the Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) FISA memo and send it back to the house for release on Friday morning. He has to send it back to the house intelligence committee because that’s where it originated and it could be released to the public before the end of the day tomorrow. In a last minute attempt to stop the memo from being release Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to Speaker Ryan demanding Devin Nunes be relieved of his chairmanship.

Rep. Adam Schiff, (D-CA) who attacks anybody who once spoke to a Republican as a criminal and believes that party is more important than country, has been fighting against the memo’s release since it was written because it truthfully talks about possible illegal actions by a Democratic Party administration.  Nunes wrote that the committee’s minority believes the letter was not “the same document” its members have been reviewing since mid-January.

Nunes’s office countered that the changes were minor and blasted the complaint as a “bizarre distraction from the abuses detailed in the memo.”  Fox sources say the version Trump plans to declassify contains only “technical edits” made at the request of the FBI and one change requested by Schiff.

In a rare public statement, the FBI said publicly on Wednesday that it had “grave concerns” about releasing the memo

“As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about the material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy,’’

Along with the uniqueness of the FBI making a public statement about this issue, what makes the public FBI  statement strange, is that five FBI agents when to the White House on Tuesday afternoon suggest minor changes and approved the document post-change. This indicates that the Wednesday statement was nothing more than an effort to protect senior FBI management (I’ve been told by insiders that the “rank and file” FBI agents want the document released and are upset at management for their lies which hurt the reputation of the people who do the “real” work.)

Adding fuel to the fire, Nasty Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to Paul Ryan demanding that Nunes be removed from his position as chairman of the house intelligence committee. saying he has “disgraced” the committee with “dishonest” actions related to an ongoing probe of Russia and the Trump presidential election campaign:

Dear Mr. Speaker:

The decision of Chairman Nunes and House Republicans to release a bogus memo has taken the GOP’s cover-up campaign to a new, completely unacceptable extreme.

Both the DOJ and FBI oppose releasing the Nunes memo. As the Department of Justice warned, the public release of the memo would be an “unprecedented action” and “extraordinarily reckless.” The FBI also expressed that the agency has “grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.”

It has now come to our attention that Congressman Nunes deliberately and materially altered the contents of the memo since it was voted on by the House Republicans. This action is not only dangerous, it is illegitimate, and violates House rules.

From the start, Congressman Nunes has disgraced the House Intelligence Committee. Since pledging to recuse himself from the Trump-Russia investigation, Congressman Nunes has abused his position to launch a highly unethical and dangerous cover-up campaign for the White House.

Congressman Nunes’ deliberately dishonest actions make him unfit to serve as Chairman, and he must be removed immediately from this position.

House Republicans’ pattern of obstruction and cover-up to hide the truth about the Trump-Russia scandal represents a threat to our intelligence and our national security. The GOP has led a partisan effort to distort intelligence and discredit the U.S. law enforcement and intelligence communities.

It is long overdue that you, as Speaker, put an end to this charade and hold Congressman Nunes and all Congressional Republicans accountable to the oath they have taken to support and defend the Constitution, and protect the American people.

The integrity of the House is at stake. We look forward to your immediate action on this subject.

First of all her charges are false, beyond that if anyone has disgraced the House of Representatives it is her parties actions during Tuesday’s SOTU address which was led by Pelosi’s Frau Farbissina act.

The four-page Nunes document will be released to America sometimes tomorrow, then We can decide.
