The mainstream media is praising Al Sharpton’s performance at the George Floyd funeral. I will not dispute George Floyd’s family choice for delivering his eulogy, they are bereaved and should be able to choose whoever they want.
I do, however, object to the media’s one-sided adoration of a man who spent his lifetime spewing hate. Their love affair with the bigoted Sharpton and their cover-up of his continued hatred has enabled him to go from a local purveyor of hatred to a TV host, supposed national “civil rights” leader, and a natural choice for the Floyd family.
I am reluctant to call him a Reverend. He is the only with that title that I know of who doesn’t believe in all ten of the Ten Commandments. Specifically, he ignores the one about, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor,” which he has broken often.
Al Sharpton slandered former NY State AG Robert Abrams. He refused to meet Abrams during the Tawana Brawley hoax because meeting AG, who was Jewish, would be “like asking someone who watched someone killed in the gas chamber to sit down with Mr. Hitler.” Is this the voice of a preacher? Is it the voice of a civil rights leader? Well, the mainstream media must think so.
In 1987 Steven Pagones former Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County was accused by Sharpton of raping Tawana Brawley. Not only was Pagones nowhere near Brawley that night, but the entire rape story was a fraud.
But none of that matters to the people in the media who choose to ignore Al Sharpton’s hatred.
After days of anti-Jewish rioting in Crown Heights, Al Sharpton gave a powerful eulogy at the funeral of Gavin Cato inspiring hatred and Antisemitism:
“The world will tell us he was killed by accident. Yes, it was a social accident. … It’s an accident to allow an apartheid ambulance service in the middle of Crown Heights. … Talk about how Oppenheimer in South Africa sends diamonds straight to Tel Aviv and deals with the diamond merchants right here in Crown Heights. The issue is not anti-Semitism; the issue is apartheid. … All we want to say is what Jesus said: If you offend one of these little ones, you got to pay for it. No compromise, no meetings, no kaffe klatsch, no skinnin’ and grinnin’. Pay for your deeds.”
Al Sharpton never apologized or paid for his deeds and the MSM never mentions what he said—or did.
The people in Crown heights, especially those injured in the violence, never had justice from Sharpton’s incitement. He didn’t start the pogrom, he only worked to make it worse. According to the sworn testimony of Efraim Lipkind, a former Hasidic resident of Crown Heights:
“Then we had a famous man, Al Sharpton, who came down, and he said Tuesday night, kill the Jews, two times. I heard him, and he started to lead a charge across the street to Utica. —“
I wonder if the MSM supports what happened in the summer of 1991 when NYC Jews complained about the Antisemitism coming from Black College professor Leonard Jeffries. Sharpton called them race-baiters, adding, “If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house.” They never mention it when they talk about Sharpton.
Does the media condone the murder of Angelina Marrero, Cynthia Martinez, Luz Ramos, Mayra Rentas, Olga Garcia, Garnette Ramautar, Kareem Brunner? They are the seven victims of the massacre at Freddy’s Fashion Mart. They are dead because of a four-month-long campaign of hate by Al Sharpton that incited a man to firebomb the clothing store killing the seven innocents. What’s that? They don’t endorse the murders? Then why do they continue to show nothing but adoration for Sharpton?
The media never talks about what Sharpton did during the “Central Park Jogger” trial. The jogger was raped and beaten to within an inch of her life. Sharpton led rallies where he claimed it was her boyfriend who raped the “jogger.” He also called the woman who was raped and beaten to within a hair of death a whore. Whether the men on trial were innocent or guilty didn’t matter to Sharpton, he promoted hatred via falsehood. It seems misogynistic to fair-minded observers, but the MSM must be okay with his hatred—they never mention it.
Does the media endorse the racially charged words and lies he used to destroy the political career of David Dinkins, the first black mayor of NYC? Dinkins was angrily denounced by Sharpton using these words:
“David Dinkins, you wanna be the only ni**er on television, only ni**er in the newspaper, only ni**er that can talk. Don’t cover them, don’t talk to them, ’cause you got the only ni**er problem. ‘Cause you know if a black man stood up next to you, they would see you for the whore that you really are”
By the way, the asterisks were put in by me, Sharpton used the “n” word. Does the media that covers up for Al Sharpton use the “n” word?
Remember the controversy surrounding the Duke lacrosse team? They were falsely accused of rape. Al Sharpton declared that these ”rich white boys” had attacked a ”black girl,” and he warned that if arrests were not made immediately, there would be no peace. Eventually, the evidence proved that the woman invented the story, and all charges against the defendants were dropped. The MSM praised Sharpton’s performance at the Church today, but they didn’t mention that he ignores the 9th commandment.
They never mention what Sharpton said when Mitt Romney was running for President
“As for the one Mormon running for office, those who really believe in God will defeat him anyways, so don’t worry about that; that’s a temporary situation.”
When Colin Powell said he wasn’t voting for President Trump over the weekend the media couldn’t cover it fast enough. But when talking about Sharpton now, they don’t mention that he believes General Colin Powell is George Bush’s house, Negro? That’s what Al Sharpton said.
Does the media care that Al Sharpton a racist? I supposed it depends on whether or not one is a cracker.
In 1994, Sharpton stood before a crowd at Kean College in New Jersey. “White folks was in the caves while we was building empires,” he said. “We built pyramids before Donald Trump even knew what architecture was…We taught philosophy and astrology [sic] and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it…Do some cracker come and tell you, ‘Well my mother and father blood go back to the Mayflower,’ you better hold your pocket. That ain’t nothing to be proud of, that means their forefathers was crooks.”

Al Sharpton is a low-life bigoted, anti-white, anti-Semitic, misogynistic, racist homophobe. But instead of pointing out how he spews hatred, the mainstream media covers up for his hatred. And their adoration of Sharpton at George Floyd’s funeral is just the latest example.
