Only 54 Democrats joined Republicans on Thursday to vote in favor of a bill to force federal agencies to report on their actions on border security.
It is proof, once again, that the Democrat Party does not want to keep Americans safe or protect American sovereignty.
Fully 159 Democrats refused to vote “yea” on the Police Our Border Act.

The bill would “require the Department of Justice to report to the Congress within 180 days of enactment on the experiences of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers working on issues related to immigration at the southern border of the United States,” according to a Congressional Budget Office report.
The CBO estimated that implementing the bill “would cost less than $500,000” over a 2024-2029 timeframe.
“The Biden White House refuses to do its job to secure our border and our law enforcement agencies bear the cost. Today I voted for the Police Our Border Act to help correct that,” wrote Rep. Celeste Maloy, R-Utah, on X.
After the bill’s passage, New York Republican Rep. Anthony D’Esposito blasted the Democrats and said the “ongoing crisis at America’s southern border disproportionately impacts the brave men and women of law enforcement who are forced to clean up the mess caused by President Biden’s failure to secure our nation.”
The democrat Party is doing everything it possibly can to kick our borders wide open to allow any manner of scoundrel, thief, and criminal into the U.S.A. without any restrictions on them whatever.
