A Texas rancher has died after stepping on a landmine IED laid down by a Mexican drug cartel along the border of the rancher’s property, according to reports.

The rancher, 74-year-old Antonio Céspedes Saldierna was driving along his property in Mexico about 80 miles south of the US border when the IED blew up killing him and one of his associates. A woman who was in the vehicle was also seriously injured.

Saldierna lived in Bownsville, Texas, but owns property on both sides of the border.

Per the Daily Mail:

Antonio’s son, Ramiro Céspedes, a US Army veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, said he was injured by an IED during his deployment.

He told KRGV he felt, ‘sad’ and ‘confused’ that his father had suffered the same fate but with deadly consequences back home on his own ranch.

‘I consider this a terrorist attack because if I went to war to fight terrorists, and I’m seeing the same thing here to me – my personal opinion – it is a terrorist attack,’ Ramiro said.

Two people – Horacio Lopez Peña and his wife Ninfa Griselda Ortega – were in the truck with Antonio when the IED was triggered.

Now they are blowing up innocent ranchers, folks.

THIS is why Trump is right to designate these scumbags as terrorist organizations.
