In one of the funniest new political news stories, BlueSky Social, the new leftist clone of Twitter, is being eviscerated by its own users for not censoring them enough.
Many leftists have quit Twitter (X) in the last few weeks because they are in a snit over Trump’s landslide election win. They say they don’t want to give Elon the satisfaction of their participation on X. And so, like little babies, they have stomped off to join BlueSky.
BlueSky was actually created in 2019 by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who claimed it would be ultra fast on response to reports of spam, trolling, and other behavior and that the platform would censor content faster than any other social media experience.
However, not long after the platform got rolling, Dorsey became dissatisfied with it and told users to stay on X.
Still, the platform has grown by more than three million this month. And it has put a strain on their censoring system. And the libs who joined are furious that they can’t get their fellow libs censored quickly enough.
So, now the place they have streamed to is taking flack.
Bluesky has grown by over 3M people in the last week — welcome!
With every wave of growth naturally comes an increase in moderation reports. Here’s a status report on how the Trust & Safety team is handling it:

While that is amusing enough, let’s pause to think what this means.
It means that a site that is filled to overflowing with “democracy-loving” liberals is in trouble from those same members for not squashing their First Amendment rights quickly enough.
These people really are total scumbags.And stupid, to boot.
