Kamala Harris VP pick Tim Walz allowed a host to introduce him with a false military rank during an event for this week’s Democrat National Convention.

We have been talking for weeks, now, about how Walz has spent years lying about the military rank he attained during his stint with the Minnesota National Guard. For years he has claimed he retired as a Command Sergeant Major. But this, we now know for a fact, is untrue.

Walz only attained the rank of Master Sergeant and that is how he retired. He never attained the permanent rank of Command Sergeant Major. He simply didn’t. Yet he has claimed that rank for years and told many audiences that he retired at the higher rank knowing full well that he did no such thing.

Well, despite the national outcry about his rank lie, he allowed himself to be introduced at the higher rank this very week at the Democrat convention in Chicago. And he did not correct the person who introduced him.

Per the Post Millennial:

At the event on Monday, a woman spoke introducing Walz, saying, “I am so proud to welcome our vice-presidential candidate, soon to be nominee for vice president, Command Master Sergeant — and I’m going to start with the title that is very important to me — the Command Sergeant Major, Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota.”

She added that he is now a “joyful warrior” for the Democrats as she introduced Walz at the event. Walz entered to cheers from those at the event. In reality, Walz had been conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major if he finished his coursework for the US Army Sergeants Major Academy when he was in the military.

More bald-faced lies from the Harris-Walz campaign.
