A judicial organization has rejected a call by left-wingers to censure U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas over their claims that he has violated judicial ethics.

The federal U.S. Judicial Conference said on Thursday that it will not refer Thomas to the Justice Department over allegations that he could have violated ethics laws.

The racist extremists of the left-wing media have been attacking Thomas for years and claiming he took financial benefits from people who *might* come before him on the bench. Most specifically, leftists are upset over Thomas’ close relationship with mega Republican donor Harlan Crow, and the many vacation trips they took together.

The Democrats have been trying to destroy Thomas over this for a long time for not reporting his trips to the court, but he has maintained that was under no obligation to do so, and the rules support his interpretation.

Now, the judicial group is once again batting down the left’s latest attempt to destroy Thomas.

Per Just the News:

The judicial conference wrote in a letter to senators that it was not clear whether law allows the conference to refer a Supreme Court justice to Attorney General Merrick Garland, but that a referral was not needed in this case anyway because two Democratic senators called on Garland to appoint a special counsel for the matter over the summer. That appointment was never made, according to the Associated Press.

The group also sent a similar letter to a conservative group that accused Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson of failing to report properly the source of her husband’s consulting income.

Both Jackson and Thomas have agreed to follow the newly updated reporting rules.
