The Democrats in Illinois are now moving to force their taxpayers to pay for the abortions of women — especially minors — who enter the state from elsewhere for the procedure. And they want to give Planned Parenthood cover to do the transporting.
The bill would allow the rabid baby killers of Planned Parenthood to transport minors from other states into Illinois and taxpayers would have to foot the bill.
The bill also allows for minors to be kidnapped by Planned Parenthood without their parents’ approval or knowledge.

State Sen. Senator Celina Villanueva, D-Chicago, sponsored House Bill 5239 in the Senate and said the bill will allow minors to apply on their own behalf for financial aid for the taxpayer funded Family Planning Program.
“It also grants a private right of action to any person whose information is improperly shared or against any state or local entity that assists in imposing civil or criminal liability for lawful healthcare in the state of Illinois,” said Villanueva.
The measure would ensure that units of local governments in that state could not assist in imposing a civil or criminal liability against a person who received an abortion or gender hormone therapies and/or gender-transition surgeries in Illinois.
The law would also cancel any reporting to police if a minor was pregnant because she was raped, too, meaning Democrats are covering for rapists with this law, as well.

- Makes taxpayers fully fund abortions for noncitizens: CHECK

- Runs interference with the cops so rapists can stay out of jail: CHECK
