A group of 25 state attorneys general are filing a lawsuit to end Jo Biden’s dangerous and unworkable electric vehicle mandates.

Per Just the News:

The coalition, led by Kentucky’s Russell Coleman, argues that the Environmental Protection Agency’s tailpipe emissions standards rule, which was finalized in March, exceeds the agency’s authority.

The states’ top attorneys are asking the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to vacate the rule.

“The Biden Administration is willing to sacrifice the American auto industry and its workers in service of its radical green agenda. We just aren’t buying it. Demand for EVs continues to fall, and even those who want to buy one can’t afford it amid historic inflation,” Coleman said in a statement announcing the lawsuit.

Already more Americans are beginning to realize that EVs are more myth than reality and that they simply are not ready for widespread use in the U.S.A.

A recent poll by Gallup finds that more Americans than ever are turning against the idea of buying an electric vehicle.

Gallup did find that the number of Americans who now own an EV has gone up.

“Seven percent of Americans, up from 4% a year ago, report that they own an electric vehicle.”

That is the good news for Joe Biden’s EV obsession. After that, it sort of goes downhill for EVs.

“That increase,” Gallup added, “is matched by an equal decline in the percentage saying they are seriously considering buying one.

Their previous poll found that 12% said they were interested in buying an EV. But this for this poll, that number dwindled to 9%.

Americans are finally realizing that electric vehicles are not the panacea that they have been touted to be. They are too expensive, unworkable for more than local driving, and are not at all as “environmentally friendly” as Biden keeps claiming they are.
