On Monday, a federal judge in Delaware dismissed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News, which was brought by Joe Biden’s former Homeland Security Disinformation Governance Board chief, and hardcore leftist Nina Jankowicz.

Judge Colm F. Connolly, the United States federal judge for the District of Delaware, dismissed the lawsuit that Jankowicz brought against Fox News and hosts Maria Bartiromo, Sean Hannity, and former host Tucker Carlson. This fascist claimed in her suit that she was “was repeatedly demeaned and defamed in highly personal language.”

Jankowicz was briefly put in charge of Biden’s un-American attempt to brand anything he didn’t like as “disinformation” that was then subject to censorship by the so-called Disinformation Governance Board.

But judge Connolly said that Jankowicz didn’t have a case because everything the Fox News people said was 100 percent true.

Per Just The News: “The judge ruled the last allegation was factual and accurate because the statement contained wording from the board’s own charter. The judge determined that the last statement also referred the board, despite containing a photo of Jancowicz along with the comment.”

In his decision the judge wrote:

Fox contends, and I agree, that Jankowicz has not pleaded facts from which it could plausibly be inferred that the challenged statements regarding intended censorship by Jankowicz are not substantially true. On the contrary, as noted above, censorship is commonly understood to encompass efforts to scrutinize and examine speech in order to suppress certain communications. The Disinformation Governance Board was formed precisely to examine citizens’ speech and, in coordination with the private sector, identify “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “malinformation.” D.I. 31-1 at 10. For the reasons discussed above, that I objective is fairly characterized as a form of censorship.

“This was a politically motivated lawsuit aimed at silencing free speech and we are pleased with the court’s decision to protect the First Amendment,” Fox News said in a statement.
