A foreign-born Democrat Representative from Michigan has filed papers to have Donald Trump impeached.
This week, Democrat Rep. Shri Thanedar of Michigan introduced seven laughable articles of impeachment against Trump, though it seems unlikely this publicity stunt will get much traction.
Thanedar, who was born in India and came to the U.S. and became a citizen in 1988, claims that the president has engaged in “unlawful actions.”
“Donald Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is unfit to serve as president and represents a clear and present danger to our nation’s constitution and our democracy,” Rep. Thanedar said.
“His unlawful actions have subverted the justice system, violated the separation of powers, and placed personal power and self-interest above public service,” he continued. “We cannot wait for more damage to be done. Congress must act.”
He insisted that Trump is a “tyrant,” but insisted, “This is not about partisanship. It’s about protecting our democracy and ensuring that no one, not even a president, is above the law.”
He is, of course, a liar. It’s nothing but partisan politics.
You see Thanedar is facing a wave of primary challengers and he needs something, anything, to get his head above water in his coming election battle.
This scumbag Thanedar, was a proud member of the Democrat Socialists of America, so that tells you his principles. The only positive thing this cretin has done is to denounce Hamas and side with Israel.
