A nonprofit founded by the two-time Georgia loser and Hollywood’s favorite Democrat Stacy Abrams has been fined $300,000 for illegal campaign donations to Democrat candidates.
Abrams has been the toast of the far left for years, ever since she lied about “voter suppression” in her first failed run for Georgia governor back in 2018. She lost by a margin of nearly 55,000 votes, but claimed her voters were “suppressed.” She never supplied any proof of this claim and no evidence was ever found to substantiate it, but her election denialism and her refusal to concede the election made her a star among leftists. She ran again in 2022 and lost by an even bigger margin the second time.
But ahead of all this, in 2013, Abrams started a nonprofit called the New Georgia Project, an organization that was created to register black and Democrat voters. One thing it was not authorized to do, though, was to spend its donations directly on political candidates. It was not registered with the state for that sort of activity. Unfortunately, it did so anyway and now the group has been hit with the largest fine for breaking state campaign finance laws in the history of Georgia.
Even more to the point, Abrams’s fake nonprofit was secretly and illegally funding her own political campaigns, along with that of dozens of other Democrat candidates.

The groups failed to report that they donated $4.2 million during the 2018 election and $3.2 million to boost Abrams and other statewide candidates during the primaries and general election.
“These expenditures included, but were not limited to, canvassing activities, literature expressly advocating for the election of candidates, social media engagement, and operating field offices with paid staff where those electioneering activities were organized,” the consent agreement read.
The commission also found that the groups failed to register to the ethics commission as political committees in 2017 and 2018, which is required by state law.
Once again, we see that Democrats are, at their heart, criminals to the core who don’t feel laws are written for them.
