Gen Z is just not getting any compliments these days and now employers are saying that those between the ages of 18 and 27 are practically unemployable.

A recent survey of employers said that they are not much interested in hiring recent college graduates because they are completely unprepared for the workplace, according to Newsweek.

Even more to the point, six in ten employers have said they have already fired Gen Z employees because of how useless they are on the job, and one in seven said they will avoid Gen Z college grads for a while to come.

Per the magazine:

“Many recent college graduates may struggle with entering the workforce for the first time as it can be a huge contrast from what they are used to throughout their education journey,” Intelligent’s Chief Education and Career Development Advisor Huy Nguyen said in the report.

“They are often unprepared for a less structured environment, workplace cultural dynamics, and the expectation of autonomous work. Although they may have some theoretical knowledge from college, they often lack the practical, real-world experience and soft skills required to succeed in the work environment.”

Employers cited a lack of motivation among Gen Zers. They are also entitled, lazy, ill-informed, arrogant, and unskilled in even the easiest of tasks.

You can thank the only sector that is even more arrogant, entitled, lazy, and stupid, and that is our system of miseducation and all the leftist minions running it into the ground.

HR consultant Bryan Driscoll laid that blame on educrats, Newsweek reported.

“As someone who went through years of education, including law school, I can tell you this: colleges are not preparing students for real-world work,” Driscoll said. “Education today emphasizes theory over practice. Sure, learning Greek mythology is fascinating, but unless you’re teaching it, how does that prepare you to communicate effectively in a corporate meeting or demonstrate professionalism? It doesn’t.”

Get your head out of your ass, Gen Z.

And, parents, send your kids to trade schools, not college. Have them learn plumbing, car repair, drywalling, and more. Forget college. It is useless.
