The groomers at Disney World are taking heat after dressing a drag queen man up to portray characters such as Snow White’s Evil Queen and more in front of children.
Disney signaled the move back in 2022 when it announced that it would no longer consider gender any more when it would cast its live-action characters that they use in their parks, characters that interact with their guests including children.
And so, this year, guests at Disney World were, indeed, faced with just that issue.
According to video, guests met an evil queen played by a man.
A family has reached out to That Park Place claiming they spent over $300 on a character meet and greet dinner at Walt Disney World… only to discover the Evil Queen character was almost certainly a biological male. This is not the first time Disney has put men in dresses to confront guests.
The indispensable Libs of TikTok reported last year that Disney was putting men in dresses at its Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where small girls get treated to the fantasy of being a Disney princess with makeup makeovers and elaborate dresses.
