As the fires in downtown L.A. smolder, the vast majority of Conservatives and the populace as a whole feel that the country is on the right track. I share their sentiments while being concerned that a sizable number of Conservatives believe that only President Trump and our slim majority in Congress is sufficient to stem the growing tide of Leftist havoc.
Criminals and Terrorists, Lawfare, and Fraud
The resistance that the Left is exhibiting in response to the Administration’s deportation agenda is enough to raise the hackles of any conscious Conservative. The Left seemingly wishes to protect violent illegal aliens and keep them in our nation.
The Left, of course, also is engaged in massive lawfare and in judge-shopping – more than 220 lawsuits as of today – to contest and hinder virtually everything that the Trump Administration seeks to accomplish. The despicable Norm Eisen, as twisted a soul as one can imagine, is a close friend, too close, of Chief Justice John Roberts. Eisen is directly responsible for hundreds of the lawsuits, including a lawsuit that he filed one minute after Trump’s second inauguration.
While the unending lawsuits and rulings of district judges to create national injunctions is more than alarming, and must be addressed by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Left’s resistance to the DOGE’s exposure of waste, fraud, and abuse throughout federal agencies makes one wonder. Do Leftists want our tax dollars to go everywhere around the world for questionable projects? Do they want to strain our already bursting budgets, add to the $37 trillion national deficit, and burden taxpayers even more? Regretfully, very much so.
Given their desire to engage in nation-destroying lawfare, to shield murderers and terrorists, and to support obvious waste, fraud, and abuse, now is not the time to sit back and enjoy the spoils of election victory. Each of us must remain vigilant.
Getting Slammed on Campus
Our whole educational system, from kindergarten to the most traditionally prestigious universities, decidedly leans Left to a degree that no one from generations ago could fathom. Our schools are infested with administrators and teachers who unduly influence young children about American history, who spew wild notions of gender fluidity, and who would deny fundamental parenting rights.
Less known is that vast sums supplied by Qatar to American universities have fuel campus fires figuratively and, increasingly, literally. This filthy rich Middle East oil nation, along with China, is a major supporter of the campus chaos we’ve witnessed since the October 7, 2023 massacre that Hamas conducted against Israel, and even before then.
Pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas supporters are generously funded, while the cerebrally inept are heavily radicalized. Qatar’s financial support of Harvard, Columbia, and colleges throughout the Midwest and along the west coast leaves little doubt as to why the protests against Israel and Jews have been so demonstratively hostile. The recent terrorist murder of an Israeli couple in Washington and the flamethrower attack on elderly marchers in Boulder are exceedingly troubling, but the Left delights in this.
Out of the Woodwork
Then there’s Alex Soros, the unhinged son of the truly evil George Soros. Alex, who made at least two-dozen trips to Biden’s White House, is further Left than his father, and that is saying a lot. The funds that Soros organizations supply to malevolent Leftists are beyond formidable.
When the Trump Administration, through Secretary of State Marco Rubio, identifies campus rabble rousers allowed here on visas, Leftist senators claim that removing them is illegal. It is not. The guidelines are clear.
Indeed, on all vital issues of the day, Leftists come out of the woodwork and blatantly push their slanted views on how America ought to be run. Among the mentally irrational, they fan the flames that Trump is Hitler and Elon Musk, as he angrily departs DC, is a Nazi. Marco Rubio, Stephen Miller, and other top officials are regarded as working against our democracy. As usual, just the opposite is true.
With Destruction in Mind
We must retain the Senate and the House in November 2026 and, with luck, maintain some semblance of dominance on the Supreme Court. Each of us needs to attend school board and local meetings, when it is safe, and be active in community affairs. Each of us needs to call or write to our congressional representatives to make our opinions known, and to counter the largely paid protesters, who mysteriously appear on cue at selected events.
If enough of us stay active, Middle Eastern and Soros funded organizations can be minimized and even neutralized, and the great mission of the Trump Administration can continue on.
