CBS News officially told its so-called “reporters” never to identify Jerusalem as Israel’s capital because CBS has chosen to defer to terrorist Muslims who claim the city as their own.

This mandate was handed down from CBS senior director of standards Mark Memmott, according to the New York Post.

“Do not refer to it as being in Israel,” Memmott reportedly wrote in the memo.

Memmott acknowledged the US Embassy in Jerusalem and that the Trump administration had validated Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, the report said.

“But its status is disputed,” Memmot reportedly wrote. “The status of Jerusalem goes to the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.”

“Israel regards Jerusalem as its ‘eternal and undivided’ capital, while the Palestinians claim East Jerusalem — occupied by Israel in the 1967 Middle East war — as the capital of a future state.”

but even the U.S. government acknowledges that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital after recognizing the designation of the city as such back in 1995.

Further, the U.S. embassy is now there, moved to the ancient city by Donald Trump in 2017.
