Hillary Clinton claims to be the defender of women’s rights but when you look at her history, well …not so much.  We’ve already presented how she treated Juanita Broaddrick who claimed she was raped by her husband, former president Bubba. But lets not forget how she treated a rape victim who was only 12 when she was raped, and just two years older when Hillary Clinton lied about the victim to get the rapist “off” with a light sentence.

Drawing from the court files Politico’s Glenn Thrush then the political reporter of Newsday, described the basics of case in 2008 saying that the victim had joined Thomas Alfred Taylor, and two male acquaintances, including a 15-year-old boy she had a crush on, on a late-night trip to the bowling alley. Taylor drove the group around in his truck, feeding the girl whisky mixed with Coca-Cola on the way. The group later drove to a “weedy ravine” near the highway where Taylor raped the 12-year-old. Later that evening, at about 4 a.m., the girl and her mother went to the hospital, where she was given medical tests and reported that she had been raped. The doctor who examined her said her injuries were consistent with being raped. In the end based on an evidentiary mistake by the lab, Hillary negotiated a plea deal, her client plead guilty to a lesser charge and got off with time served (two months).

Thrush also reported that:

“Rodham, records show, questioned the sixth grader’s honesty and claimed she had made false accusations in the past. She implied that the girl often fantasized and sought out ‘older men’ like Taylor, according to a July 1975 affidavit signed ‘Hillary D. Rodham’ in compact cursive…”

Hillary Clinton, or any defense attorney for that matter was ethically required to do anything she could to protect her client, that includes winning the case if the defendant chooses to plead not guilty.vHowever it seems disingenuous for a candidate whose campaign planks include fighting for the rights of women to attack the credibility of a girl who was raped when she was only 12-years-old/

In June of 2014 Josh Rogan interviewed the victim almost 40 years after the case. She explained how the Democratic front runner lied about her to win the case:

“Hillary Clinton took me through Hell,” the victim said. The Daily Beast agreed to withhold her name out of concern for her privacy as a victim of sexual assault.

The victim said if she saw Clinton today, she would call her out for what she sees as the hypocrisy of Clinton’s current campaign to fight for women’s rights compared to her actions regarding this rape case so long ago.

“I would say [to Clinton], ‘You took a case of mine in ’75, you lied on me… I realize the truth now, the heart of what you’ve done to me. And you are supposed to be for women? You call that [being] for women, what you done to me? And I hear you on tape laughing.”

The victim’s allegation that Clinton smeared her following her rape is based on a May 1975 court affidavit written by Clinton on behalf of Thomas Alfred Taylor, one of the two alleged attackers, whom Clinton agreed to defend after being asked by the prosecutor. Taylor had specifically requested a female attorney.

“I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” Clinton, then named Hillary D. Rodham, wrote in the affidavit. “I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body. Also that she exhibits an unusual stubbornness and temper when she does not get her way.”

The victim never made false accusations, Hillary made that part up.

I’ve never said that about anyone. I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” she said. “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there and it makes me plumb mad.”

The victim’s claims were somewhat corroborated by none other than Hillary Clinton. Also in June of 2014, The Washington Free Beacon published audio recordings of Hillary Clinton from interviews in the early 80’s. In the recordings Clinton show an almost flippant attitude about the case defending the man who raped a 12-year-old girl  in her words she who she got off by attacking the evidence, including the account of the victim.

As heard on the tapes below Clinton takes an almost flippant attitude to the case and based on her own words she possibly violated client/attorney privilege by implying her client passed a lie detector test even though he was guilty.
Describing the events almost a decade after they had occurred, Clinton’s struck a casual and complacent attitude toward her client and the trial for rape of a minor.

“I had him take a polygraph, which he passed – which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs,” she added with a laugh.

Clinton can also be heard laughing at several points when discussing the crime lab’s accidental destruction of DNA evidence that tied Taylor to the crime.

This is the candidate who will protect the rights of women?
