This gives new meaning to the term general election battle. Yesterday amid chants of “F— Donald Trump,” ” Donald Trump has got to go,” and “Make California Mexico again” a mob of violent protesters attacked Donald Trump supporters outside a rally for the candidate in San Jose California.

Trump supporters were mobbed and assaulted by the mass of protesters; a few waved Mexican flags, some threw bottles or eggs, others threw punches, one could be seen burning an American flag, and another burned “Make America Great Hats.” One female Trump supporter who verbally confronted the throng was cornered, spit at, and pelted with eggs and water bottles. And when they were done with the Trump supporters the crowd started tossing things at the cops.
These crazies forgot which country the live in. Perhaps Trump can add a wall between California and the rest of the country.

Putting politics before the welfare of his city, the Mayor of San JoseSam Liccardo, attacked Trump, instead of speaking out against the violent protesters and their attack on free speech.
The mayor, a Democrat and Hillary Clinton supporter, criticized Trump for coming to cities and igniting problems that local police departments have to deal with.
“At some point Donald Trump needs to take responsibility for the irresponsible behavior of his campaign,” Liccardo said.
Folks this is nothing short of a disgrace. It’s one thing to protest a candidate with whom you disagree, its something completely different to stage a violent revolt against the First Amendment. That’s what last night’s riot in San Jose was—an attempt to use violence to silence people who have different opinions. And if these people were trying to prevent Trump from becoming President of the United States, why the heck were they waving Mexican flags and burning Old Glory? The reaction of the San Jose mayor was disgusting! By blaming Trump instead of the rioters he simply encouraged more violence.
If they are trying to intimidate Trump supporters they are wasting their time.
