This was obviously a trip to help his reelection campaign after what can only be described as a lousy week.  The economic news has indicated a possible slowdown, polls show Romney is picking up a bit of momentum, and even Arianna Huffington thought his Bin Laden commercial was disgusting.

Obama landed in Afghanistan very late in the evening and spoke to the American people at 4AM Kabul time. Speaking in front pictures of Army Jeeps the theme of his little talk was, “Did I mention Osama Bin Laden?”

I think it’s time for the RNC to stop complaining about taxpayers paying for his recent campaign trips across the country, the have to be cheaper than today’s campaign trip to Kabul.
