The winning keeps on winning, this week as the Trump administration doesn’t just fire 2,000 USAID employees, but also ends their jobs entirely.
The more it is inspected the more it is clear that USAID is a shadow government that paid leftists trillions of our tax dollars to push the left-wing, anti-American agenda all across the world, agendas that the left has not been able to convince Congress to vote for. And it is long past time USAID was wholly eliminated.
But, in the meantime, Trump is beginning the process of cleaning house.
A U.S. judge also recently stopped Trump from taking this action against the profligate and dangerously out of control agency.
Per Just the News:
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols had denied a legal effort from employees to continue the temporary stay on the administration’s plan to phase out the agency.
“As of 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, February 23, 2025, all USAID direct hire personnel, with the exception of designated personnel responsible for mission-critical functions, core leadership and/or specially designated programs, will be placed on administrative leave globally,” read the notices sent to employees, according to the AP.
A WHOLE lot more of this needs to be done, granted, but it is a good start.
