Now this nanny-state-ism has gone way too far! It’s one thing when Obama’s EPA wants to screw up our economy, drive up energy costs, regulate our exhalation of CO2 and even the water in puddles, but this is outrageous even for them.

In cased you missed this, last week there was a study claiming the “brain freeze” you get from cold drinks such as slurpees, frosties and mcflurries and thick shakes may cause migraine headaches.  In exclusive report by Newsbusted Anchor Jodi Miller, we learn that the EPA, acting as typical progressives trying to save us–from ourselves is about to toss regulations on some of our favorite frozen drinks

Other news items covered in the latest installment of Newsbusted the twice-weekly faux news feature from Newsbusters.org include; the ACLU’s latest silly lawsuit,  60 minutes hiring a new corespondent….from Japan, Obama reelection campaign’s strange new promotion, and much, much, more.

This episode of Newsbusted is the the funniest two and a half minutes seen since President Obama tried to convince America that his trip to Afghanistan had nothing to do with his campaign.

This episode is extremely important.  In fact if you don’t watch video below NY Yankee reliever Mariano Rivera will come to your house to teach your kids his way of shagging fly balls (ouch!)

So keep the kids off crutches and click on the video below.  Oh and if you cannot see the video please click here
