Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested nearly 800 illegal aliens in operations in Florida as “Operation Tidal Wave” began last week.
The raids were aimed at sweeping up as many criminals and gang members as possible, Fox News reported.
According to Fox, one of the criminals taken into custody was Jose Sanchez Reyes, a convicted murderer from Colombia.
Also snapped up was Rafael Juarex Cabrera, an MS-13 gang member, and 18th Street gang members such as Aron Isaak Morazan-Izaguirre.
Savva Klishchevskii, a Russian national with an Interpol Red Notice for manslaughter, was also arrested.
Operation Tidal Wave is ongoing, the feds say.
“We appreciate our [Department of Homeland Security (DHS)] partner’s commitment to public safety,” ICE wrote in a statement on X.
