Less than two weeks ago four Americans including the Ambassador were killed in a terrorist attack. According to Fox news, Barack Obama knew of the attack on the Libyan consulate within 90 minutes of it beginning. He knew that his ambassador was in grave danger and yet knowing all of this, and not knowing the status of Ambassador Stevens, Obama allegedly went quietly to bed.
For he past two weeks protesters across the Middle East are trying to attack US embassies while screaming Death to America!
The drumbeat of war between Israel and Iran is getting louder and louder:
Should Israel and Iran engage militarily, “nothing is predictable… and it will turn into World War III,” Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh told Iran’s Arabic-language television network.
Hajizadeh, who is in charge of Revolutionary Guards missile systems, said: “In circumstances in which they (the Israelis) have prepared everything for an attack, it is possible that we will make a pre-emptive attack. But we do not see this at the moment.”
He added that Iran would deem any Israeli strike to be conducted with US authorization, so “whether the Zionist regime attacks with or without US knowledge, then we will definitely attack US bases in Bahrain, Qatar and Afghanistan.”
He warned that Israel “cannot imagine our response — and it will sustain heavy damage and that will be a prelude to its obliteration.”
Many of the world’s leaders are gathering in New York this week for the opening of the UN. One, Israel’s Binyamin Netanyahu asked for a meeting, but President Barack Obama has no plans to meet privately Netanyahu with or any of the other leaders, you see they can’t vote.
Despite a long list of simmering
global crises, Obama will forgo traditional private meetings with foreign leaders to attempt some personal diplomacy Obama will squeeze his U.N. visit into just 24 hours so he can return to campaigning.
The last four presidents who attended the UNGA while campaigning for re-election were President George W. Bush in 2004, President Clinton in 1996, President George H.W. Bush in 1992 and President Reagan in 1984.
Of the four, only President George H.W. Bush met with no foreign leader. (Media outlets at the time attributed the decision to campaign concerns that Bush would be criticized for caring more about foreign issues than domestic ones.)
No time for Bibi or any of the other world leaders but he will make time for Whoopi Goldberg, He he will appear on The View.
Watch the video below as former Press Secretary Robert Gibbs clumsily attempts to rationalize Obama’s actions.
