A review of all the executive orders published by the White House during the Biden era shows that almost all of them were signed by autopen and NOT in Joe’s actual hand.

This begs the question of just who was wielding that autopen? Who was using the mechanical signature device that put Joe’s name on all those executive orders? Did Joe even know that any of those orders were made in his name?
Indeed, we did hear that Joe himself once said that he did not remember signing at least one order. In January, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson said that when he met with Biden and asked about his executive order to freeze new liquid natural gas export permits, the then president said he never signed any such order. But Johnson noted that the order was published and the freeze was enacted.
Obviously we might be able to chalk that up to Biden’s senility making him unable to even remember signing the order. But this new evidence that autopen was used on most of these orders is a new wrinkle that casts into doubt what EOs Biden actually signed.
And if was never even aware or involved in a significant number of EOs, then who was writing and signing these things?
Who was actually running the White House for those four years?
