According to reports at I24 news and Israel’s channel 13  the head of MI6, Great Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service visited Israel in secret this week to meet with his Israeli counterparts regarding coordinating intelligence efforts over concerns that Iran may be gearing up to make the leap to developing a nuclear weapon. Despite this, the Democrats are demanding that the US reenter the flawed JCPOA.

Although Israel has been warning the world that Tehran would find ways to cheat on the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, the UK and other EU countries have continued to support the JCPOA agreement and have opposed the American re-imposed in August and November 2018.

Britain, France, and Germany established a barter-type system known as INSTEX that is designed to allow their businesses to skirt direct financial transactions with Iran and thereby make an end around the US sanctions.

Iran, however, is doing everything it can within the framework of the agreement:

According to the report, Israeli intelligence assesses Tehran is “making preparations” and “getting ready” for nuclear capabilities within the bounds of the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA or Iran nuclear deal), but has purposefully avoided an official decision on furthering the process toward producing an actual bomb.

Iran “is gearing up for the renewal of uranium enrichment within the provisions of the deal,” as indicated by its resumption of centrifuge production, according to the report’s citing of Western intelligence sources.

The report further claimed that Tehran is “preparing the infrastructure” for nuclear activity “in an accelerated fashion.”

The report notes that Iran has recently renewed its production of centrifuges “and is accelerating the pace to renew uranium enrichment” within the clauses of the agreement.

Some of the information about Iran’s status may have come from an Iranian nuclear scientist whose escape from the rogue regime was aided by the Mossad, MI6 and the CIA

According to the British’s Daily Mail, the scientist was smuggled first to France and then made it to the UK on an inflatable boat at the beginning of this year. Also on the dinghy were other Iranian migrants who traveled to the southern British town of Lydd. They couldn’t just fly the scientist in because they were still part of the JCPOA

‘Once in France the question of how to get him into Britain remained.

‘We couldn’t simply fly him in.

‘Though unusual, it was determined infiltrating him into a group of fellow migrants preparing to cross the Channel by boat offered one solution.’

MI6 interviewed the nuclear technician on Iran’s nuclear plans before he was flown to America.

Additional information on the status of Iran’s nuclear program came from the half-ton cache of files, fifty-five thousand pages and another 55,000 files on 183 CDs that the Mossad took from that secret storage building in Tehran. The Mossad grab announced by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu proved that after the deal was made, “Iran continued to preserve and expand its nuclear know-how for use at a later date.” But the JCPOA states, “Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons,” so to be compliant they should have gotten rid of the files. But it seems that Iran kept the data for future or maybe present use.

According to a paper published by the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS), four months ago the documents recovered by Israeli intelligence from Iran’s hidden nuclear archive and revealed by premier Netanyahu  show Iran conducted significantly  more high explosive tests at the Parchin nuclear site than previously understood.” This leads to the fact that Iran has already overcome some of the obstacles to building a bomb which experts thought it had not yet mastered.  Based on this new paper we learn Iran was a lot closer to a nuclear weapon than we thought and the work at Parchin may still be going on.

The Obama administration had promised lawmakers that IAEA inspectors would be able to inspect Parchin and resolve all possible military dimension (PMD) issues before any final deal was inked. But that didn’t happen; instead, US negotiators allowed Iran to sign a secret side deal with the IAEA permitting the Iranians to self-inspect the facility rather than grant IAEA inspector robust access.

The IAEA continues to issue reports, including one this past Friday stating Iran has not violated the nuclear deal. How would they know? Parchin is self-inspected,  and Despite what the JCPOA states, the Iranian authorities claim military sites are off limits to the IAEA. And the IAEA refuses to push the point because they don’t want Iran to seem non-compliant. This refusal renders “Section T” of the JCPOA meaningless. This lack of access led to the IAEA’s announcement last August that it has been unable to verify a key part of the JCPOA, “Section T”  which outlines “Activities which could contribute to the design and development of a nuclear explosive device”

The IAEA doesn’t  know if Iran is violating” Section T.”  But because they are not allowing inspections on military sites and because the IAEA won’t push the issue of military site inspections, but then again they do not know if Iran complying either. So how can they give them a seal of approval?  According to Prime Minister Netanyahu, the IAEA ignored any intelligence he shared with them, including the evidence of a second warehouse, different from the one that Mossad said.

The IAEA is a joke, as is the JCPOA that was shoved down our throats by the Obama administration. The part that’s not funny is that the lack of inspections, even with new information in Iran’s own files, may lead to hundreds of thousands of deaths,  Not just in Israel but throughout the Sunni Muslim world, and here in the United States, the country that Iran calls, “the great Satan.”

The deal also allows Iran to develop a nuclear delivery system. The JCPOA lifted the ban on the Iranian ballistic missile program. Before the deal UN Security Council Resolution (UNSC) 1929, the council used mandatory language about ballistic missiles, it said, “It decides that Iran shall not undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons.” The P5+1 resolution passed by the UNSC changes the language. On page 119 of the UNSC approved P5+1 does not prohibit from carrying out ballistic missile work but asks them not to carry out ballistic missile development.  The resolution merely says, quote, “Iran is called upon not to undertake such activity.” Some reports say that John Kerry begged Iran not to talk about the changes.

Despite all of this evidence including the satellite pictures showing that Iran was expending their Fordo nuclear facilities, the Democratic Party passed a resolution two weeks ago demanding that the US re-enter the flawed JCPOA Iranian nuclear deal which cannot be verified and doesn’t stop Iran from producing nuclear weapons beginning in 2025:

Per the Times of Israel:

At the February 16 meeting in Washington, DC, the DNC adopted a motion solidifying the party’s position that the US should rejoin the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, as the deal is formally known, according to a text of the resolution obtained by The Times of Israel.

“The United States should return to its obligations under the JCPOA and utilize multilateral and bilateral diplomacy to achieve political solutions to remaining challenges regarding Iran,” the document says.

The full document is below.  Their desire to return to the agreement is not only an indication that the rank and file Democrats don’t care about the security of Israel or about the security of the United States.  Then again this is the same party that refused to allow a barrier built to protect our southern border.
