One look at today’s NY Times shows that they still have no comprehension of whats going on in the world. Take good look at the headline:
That head would have been more truthful if it read:
Palestinians Shun Quartet Peace
But the truth has never been a major part of what the NY Times is about. Slanting the story against Israel is their mission. The body of the story starts with.
JERUSALEM, March 18 – Israel’s Prime Minister Ehud Olmert urged the international community today to shun the new Palestinian unity government, calling its platform “very problematic.” Israel “will not be able to pursue contacts with the government or its members,” Mr. Olmert told his cabinet at their weekly meeting. “We expect that the international community will not be misled by the creation of the coalition government.”
It goes on to say that there is a conflict within the government between Fatah who says the new govt want peace Hamas who says the govt want armed conflict to continue. This also belies the truth. Abbas has called for Palestinians to point their guns toward Israel. In fact the unity document that he signed calls for continued resistance until Israel is no longer a Jewish state.
But no fear–I think I have the problem solved—Below is an example of how we get the NY Times to Start telling the truth about Israel.
If any newspaper-type person reads this post:
PLEASE do not publish.
These stories contain US State secrets, if you publish them you will seriously damage the war against terrorism.
Now if we put something like that on top of stories like the ones below I guarantee the the NY Times will tell the truth about the new Palestinian Gov.
