Another major union that always endorses Democrats for president has decided not to endorse Kamala Harris for president. And these non-endorsements are really telling.
This week, the Firefighters union has decided to take a pass on 2024. The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) announced Thursday that they won’t endorse anyone for president this time out. But what they are really saying is that they can’t endorse Harris because they never endorse Republicans at all.
This non-endorsement comes only a few weeks after GOP VP candidate JD Vance spoke to the union at its convention in August.
The union leadership opted not to endorse. And that means that it could not agree to endorse anyone after “unprecedented steps to hear our members’ views.”

What that means is that the leftist leadership heard that their members wanted Trump. So, they opted to ignore that and vote for no one.
The only other time the union didn’t make an endorsement was 2016 when they couldn’t support Hillary. Otherwise, they have always endorsed Democrats.
The IAFF is not the first leftist union that could not endorse Kamala because members really want Trump.
The United Auto Workers also issued a non-endorsement. The Teamster also issued a non-endorsement.
