Newly emplaced Justice Department U.S. pardon attorney Ed Martin says that upon taking his duties, he will investigate Joe Biden’s autopen pardons.

“I do think that the Biden pardons need some scrutiny. And they need scrutiny because we want pardons to matter and to be accepted and to be something that’s used correctly. So I do think we’re going to take a hard look at how they went and what they did,” he said, according to ABC News.

“If they’re null and void, I’m not sure how that operates, but I can tell you we’ve had already, I’ve had in my current position, or my position as US Attorney, we had been taking a look at some of the conduct surrounding the pardons and the Biden White House.”

President Trump maintains that the autopen signings of Joe Biden’s pardons makes them invalid because he didn’t sign them himself.

But Biden’s pardons were hotly political acts, not deserved pardons based on the merits.

On his last day in office, he pardoned his brother Jim, his sister-in-law Sara, his sister Valerie and her husband, John Owens, his brother Francis, Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the House Jan. 6 committee. But none of these pardons were signed in his own hand.

Even left-wing news sites reported that the autopen was used far more than originally admitted during Biden’s presidency.

Some have said that Biden didn’t sign anything at all in his own hand during his presidency.

Of course, we know for a fact that Joe Biden was mentally incapacitated throughout his entire presidency. His staffers ran the federal government. He was not aware enough to do anything.
