A Democrat judge in New Mexico was forced to resign from the bench after it was discovered that he was harboring a criminal illegal alien gang member in his home.
Even worse, investigators discovered that this judge gave the illegal criminal her firearms.

On March 3, Judge Jose “Joel” Cano, magistrate of Doña Ana County, sent a letter to various court staff, including 3rd Judicial District Chief Judge Conrad Perea, announcing that he would step down from his seat effective March 21.

Just three days before Cano sent the resignation letter, on February 28, ICE agents conducted a search warrant on his home in connection with Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a 23-year-old illegal immigrant from Venezuela and suspected TDA gangster who was living there.
Ortega-Lopez illegally entered the country in Dec. of 2023 and eventually met up with the judge’s wife, Nancy, who invited the criminal to live with her and her judge hubby.
Making matters worse for the judge, photos emerged showing the criminal firing guns owned by the Judge and his family.
Police discovered many of the guns in the home of Nancy’s daughter, April.
Ortega-Lopez was eventually arrested on February 28 and is facing a federal charge of unlawful alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
All these embarrassing facts led to the judge resigning. But, here’s the thing… a Democrat judge was willfully harboring an illegal alien who is a known gang member, AND arming him!
