In keeping true to his campaigns promises, Donald Trump is cleaning up the Federal government’s reckless spending and massive corruption, as his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) uncovers yet more waste, fraud, and abuse. Bill Clinton, George W. Bush Jr, and Barrack Obama pledged that they would do the job, but, on balance they did not. Biden and Harris exacerbated the issue.
Now, the Leftist resistance machine is constantly shopping for hack, partisan judges to overstep their authority and create roadblocks, in their desperate attempt to impede the President’s effort. In response, the Trump administration legal team dutifully files appeals, confident that they will ultimately prevail. Democrats, in their feigned sincerity, would have you believe that they are the party of law and order. They are not, as a brief review of history reveals.
Disorderly Conduct Nationwide
This is irrefutable: Law and order are vital. They are the elements by which a society is able function effectively. Without them, it does not take long for cities and towns to devolve into anarchy and chaos. What we witnessed in 2020 by those on the Left in Portland, San Francisco, Baltimore, Oakland, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, New Orleans, and New York were clear indications as to what the Left approves and, sadly, how quickly our society would devolve in the absence of law and order.
If you condoned what occurred or you criticized President Trump for seeking to summon federal troops to restore order, consider how you’d feel if in your own town or neighborhood or front yard, overly vigorous protesters gathered day and night.
As happened in 2020, suppose these protesters audibly taunted you, said they’re going to claim your home, and shouted that your property does not belong to you; it belongs to them. Would you consider that to be upsetting? Intimidation and violent protests are a clear form of lawbreaking, but other forms are also disconcerting especially in a society that considers itself as a nation of laws.
Way Above the Law
For years now, countless laws broken by heads of our federal agencies have gone unpunished. Few individuals from the Department of Justice, the FBI, the State Department, or a variety of other federal agencies who knowingly broke the law in the last 10 years have been indicted, let alone accused, let alone referred for prosecution. In the larger realm, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden stand out.
The case against Hillary Clinton for her egregious security breaches in 2016 as Secretary of State, as observed by the New York Times, Washington Post, and Wall Street Journal, among media organization on all sides of the political spectrum, to this day, is still evident. And nothing has been done.
The Obama Administration gave Hillary Clinton wide latitude for long-standing, multi-faceted, egregious national security breaches that merit a lengthy prison sentence. She harnessed such violations to operate the State Department as a Clinton-family profit center. In a nation of laws, she would have already been indicted and likely removed by her party in 2016 as a viable presidential candidate.
Liberal Interpretations
James Comey, then FBI director, advised that Hillary Clinton not be prosecuted for extreme carelessness contributing to security breaches. Amazingly, despite two current FBI criminal investigations, Barack Obama had already committed to campaigning with Hillary Clinton. This commenced on the same day that Comey issued a free pass to Clinton — Nevermind about the 31,000 subpoenaed emails which she willfully destroyed.
With Bill Barr as attorney general, in late 2020 it appeared that Hillary Clinton might yet face charges for her high crimes. By this time it was even easier to document as Judicial Watch was uncovering new evidence literally every week.
Many of her grandest lies before Congressional committees were now amply documented on video. Today, in 2025, it seems as if she will never be charged and the biggest losers will be Americans on the Right and the Left.
Biden’s Lawless Administration
During his reign of error, Joe Biden broke or disrespected the law with such frequency that it was the rule rather than the exception in his administration, or at least the administration for which he was the puppet figurehead.
As we all now know, from foreign influence peddling and kickbacks, to extortion, to racketeering, to assaults on crypto currencies, to weaponizing Federal agencies, to colluding with state AGs and municipal DAs, to spying on Americans, to intimidating media organizations, to end-runs around Supreme Court decisions, to intentionally harassing selected taxpayers, to jailing political opponents, to bogus billion-dollar budget allocations, to systematically weakening border control, to having to pardon his own family, Biden’s corruption is legion.
So spare me about anything that Donald Trump and Elon Musk and DOGE are doing. They operate within the law.
