Matt Maloney, Co-Founder of GrubHub isn’t happy with the results of Tuesday’s election and he let his employees know about it. In an attempt calm the fears of people he believes were attacked by President-Elect Donald Trump, he attacked those who supported Trump.

On Wednesday, Maloney, who according to Open Secrets donated $5,400 to the Clinton campaign sent an email to the entire company to prove he was an adherent to Hillary’s theory that Trump supporters belonged in a basket of deplorables (Maloney’s email is below) especially those who were against illegal immigration.

As reported on the Fox News website:

“I absolutely reject the nationalist, anti-immigrant and hateful politics of Donald Trump and will work to shield our community from this movement as best as I can,” Maloney wrote about Trump’s supporters.

Trump is not anti-immigrant, he is anti-illegal immigrant. Perhaps Mr. Maloney doesn’t understand the difference between legal and illegal.

(…) “I want to reaffirm to anyone on our team that is scared or feels personally exposed, that I and everyone else here at Grubhub will fight for your dignity and your right to make a better life for yourself and your family here in the United States.”

(…) “While demeaning, insulting, and ridiculing minorities, immigrants, and the physically/mentally disabled worked for Mr. Trump, I want to be clear that this behavior — and these views — have no place at Grubhub,” Maloney explained.

Wow he really drank the Hillary Clinton Kool-aid. Trump didn’t attack minorities, or immigrants, although he did attack one one reporter who was disabled (although that is disputed). He also said nasty things about individual women during the campaign (he also said nasty things about individual men). That horrible videotaped statement was over a decade old–I am not excusing it but people change. Like maybe Hillary is no longer an anti-Semite. Heres the real point Maloney was doing to his employees who voted For trump, the same thing he said Trump was doing to others…..making them feel uncomfortable. Like most Trump haters he was calling Trump supporters racist, xenophobic, bigots.

Maloney continued with;

“If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here, We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team.”

So people at GrubHub if you are a tolerant person but you feel that the laws of this country are important and people who illegally cross the border should be sent back whence they came, Mr. Malone wants you to quit.

For those of you who have never heard of GrubHub they describe themselves as the “nation’s leading online and mobile food ordering company dedicated to connecting hungry diners with local restaurants The company’s online and mobile ordering platforms allow diners to order directly from more than 45,000 restaurants” that don’t normally deliver “located in over 1,100 U.S. cities and London. Every order is supported by the company’s 24/7 customer service teams.” Their brands include Grubhub, Seamless, MenuPages, Allmenus, LAbite, Restaurants on the Run, DiningIn and Delivered Dish.

Perhaps people who supported Trump shouldn’t order from GrubHub or their brands.
